Connect the sample to the shipment

Use an unambiguous grade and lot code on the retained powder, prepared-solution record, application test and quotation. Confirm which COA items describe product identity and which application results remain customer-specific.

Do not infer field performance from one viscosity or charge number. Retain a reference sample for comparison when supply continuity matters.

Review handling before release

Inspect packaging construction, net weight, pallet or big-bag requirements, moisture protection and container loading. Keep powder dry and segregated from wet floors or leaking pipes.

Request the current SDS and product handling guidance. Hydrated polymer creates an extreme slip hazard and requires a prepared cleanup procedure.

Qualify lots with a practical check

Compare appearance, dissolution, screen residue and a reference slurry test using the approved preparation and active-dose basis. Investigate a field change against water, feed and equipment before assigning it to the lot.

Document test method and acceptance logic so purchasing, operations and supplier use the same evidence.

Prepare an export RFQ

State application, annual or trial quantity, package, destination, Incoterm request, document needs and delivery timing. Include representative process data for grade selection without disclosing unnecessary confidential information.
