Define the purchase decision
Good separation from a carefully prepared laboratory solution does not prove that the installed skid can prepare the candidate at peak demand. Procurement should treat preparation capacity as part of product suitability.
Keep the proposed product identity connected to the tested suspension and the intended separator.
Translate production into powder demand
Use dry-solids loading and a qualified consumption band to establish low and peak powder rates. Include startup, batch scheduling and actual feeder calibration. The mass-basis calculation prevents wet slurry flow or pump percentage from becoming a misleading sizing input.
State the commercial-product conversion used when supplier active or solids reporting differs.
Check effective hydration time
Record working tank volume, compartments, normal levels, withdrawal and any short-circuit path. Compare available residence with grade-specific preparation needs using actual water temperature. The make-down procedure supports induction and aging checks without inventing one universal time.
Cold water, peak draw and a recently restarted system may expose constraints not seen during a steady low-demand demonstration.
Demonstrate delivery through the installation
Observe induction, residue, pumpable concentration, transfer and secondary dilution at the required rate. Test delivered stock on matched slurry when transfer shear is suspected. Include operator and package-handling constraints.
If a candidate needs extra residence, different concentration or another pump route, cost and approve that change before calling it a drop-in replacement.
Check a misleading apparent improvement
If a tank provides enough average residence but not enough at peak draw, test the peak condition explicitly. Do not release the candidate from an idle-skid demonstration alone. A concentration, sequencing or capacity change belongs in the purchase evaluation and must be confirmed before the shortfall is hidden through extra powder.
Retain the comparison conditions and any unresolved acceptance requirement with the proposed purchase.
Set the release boundary
Limit acceptance to the demonstrated rate and water conditions until capacity changes are confirmed. Increasing dose should not compensate silently for immature or inconsistently prepared stock.
| Purchase requirement | Required evidence | Release condition |
|---|---|---|
| Demand | Peak solids and calibrated feed | Required preparation rate is known |
| Residence | Working volume and withdrawal | Hydration route is practical |
| Delivery | Stock and pump performance | Installation can sustain the purchase duty |
Send a focused commercial request
Send feeder output, tank working volumes, compartments, water conditions, stock concentration and peak draw. Identify which installation changes, if any, are acceptable.
Include quantity, package and destination with the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm grade-specific terms and availability before ordering.
