Define the purchase decision
An anionic polyelectrolyte offered after PAC is a secondary treatment candidate, not automatically a replacement for the primary coagulant. Procurement must preserve the chemical sequence that made the trial meaningful.
Keep the proposed product identity connected to the tested suspension and the intended separator.
Define the baseline pair
Record PAC identity, concentration, dose convention, pH after addition and mixing. Include raw-water variation and the interval before polymer addition. The addition-sequence procedure separates primary destabilization from polymer bridging.
A product comparison made while the PAC feed changes cannot reliably attribute the result to the candidate polymer.
Screen at representative demand
Compare polymer profiles on the same coagulated feed with consistent preparation and active dose. Include normal and difficult raw-water conditions. Where PAC demand changes substantially, map that factor explicitly rather than purchasing a polymer against one excessively coagulated easy sample.
Retain post-coagulation pH and pin-floc observations, not only raw-feed pH.
Approve combined process value
Measure clarified-water solids or turbidity, settling, generated sludge handling and total chemical use. Include filtration or recycle effects where relevant. A lower polymer dose can be offset by increased PAC, pH correction or sludge production.
Require a stable plant interval through the clarifier residence before assigning repeat-supply status to the combination.
Check a misleading apparent improvement
If polymer consumption falls only after PAC consumption rises, compare the chemical pair and generated solids rather than declaring a polymer saving. Preserve both dose bases and the primary-stage pH. The proposed award needs a repeatable combination that satisfies water and sludge limits at the matched operating load.
Retain the comparison conditions and any unresolved acceptance requirement with the proposed purchase.
Set the release boundary
Attach the accepted PAC and polymer sequence to the order record. A later change in primary chemistry or injection configuration requires confirmation; it does not prove a defective powder lot by itself.
| Purchase requirement | Required evidence | Release condition |
|---|---|---|
| Primary stage | PAC, pH and mixing record | Comparison has a stable baseline |
| Sequence | Delay and contact route | Trial can transfer to the plant |
| Value | Water quality and combined chemical use | Award fits the complete treatment train |
Send a focused commercial request
Send PAC details, pH and dose history, polymer addition point, separator and current water/sludge results. Clarify whether PAC is fixed or a separately authorized combined optimization is intended.
Include quantity, package and destination with the sample and RFQ record. Review quality and supply controls with Gongyi Xinqi Polymer Co., Ltd.; confirm grade-specific terms and availability before ordering.
Request a product and supply review
Send the suspension, treatment route and proposed purchasing scope.
